Job Description
Pathward is seeking a highly motivated End User Computing I professional to support the delivery of technology services to the organization and ensure excellent service. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand product performance, quality, and operational support, as well as managing workstation designs and system integrations. They emphasize a team-based approach with a focus on communication, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Up to 2+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory
- Experience with AutoPilot, JAMF, ServiceNow, Teams Rooms support
- Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CompTIA A+, HDI-SCA (or Apple Device Support certifications) are a plus
