Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in operational risk or regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyze financing contracts and related documents for content issues and revise contracts as needed to accommodate special circumstances
• Familiarity with contract drafting/legal terminology
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Ability to multi-task, independently manage workflow and solve problems within company guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels, both within and outside of the company
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
