Job Description
We are seeking an AI Benchmark & Dataset Engineering intern to support the definition and execution of benchmarking processes for model evaluation. You will proactively identify, prioritize, and curate relevant public and client-driven benchmarks, evaluate candidate benchmarks, and hand off 'benchmark-ready' packages to R&D.
Requirements
- ICPC World Finalist, IOI, IMO, IOAI or IPhO medalist in High School
- Published a research paper at an A-rated or A*-rated venue
- Completed coding projects with a GitHub repository showcasing previous work
- Intern at a leading Machine Learning research center
- Warm recommendation from university faculty member
- Experience with ML/LLM evaluation, data science, or technical product roles
- Ability to read papers, leaderboards, and Github repos and turn them into clear, repeatable benchmark specs
- Comfortable communicating with engineers and customers
- High-quality data, reproducible experiments, and crisp documentation
- Respect for others
- Fluency in English
