Job Description
EmTacq is seeking associates to join a High Tech IP Litigation practice. The associates will apply technical and patent law expertise in handling all aspects of intellectual property (IP) litigation for companies in the high tech industry.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with outstanding academic credentials
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Software, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field
