Job Description
EmTacq is seeking a Real Estate / Finance Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of commercial real estate finance experience. The ideal candidate has experience in the origination of mortgage loans and mezzanine loans, as well as restructuring and workout of commercial mortgage loans. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
