Spanish Corporate Associate Attorney

Seeking Spanish-speaking capital markets associate with four to five years of experience to join our corporate group, representing issuers, underwriters and placement agents in public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.
