Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Group Home

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with daily needs, administer medications, and provide constant supervision. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to communicate effectively. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Proof of insurance
• Daily access to a reliable vehicle
• Acceptable driving record
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to participate in water activities
• Pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
