Job Description
Pathways to Community seeks a Weekend Lead Direct Support Professional to lead and serve individuals with developmental disabilities with compassion and enthusiasm. The role involves supporting daily needs, scheduling activities, administering medications, and providing constant supervision. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Acceptable driving record
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to cover shifts beyond own schedule
- Ability to participate in water activities
- Pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
