Job Description
The Assistant Program Director supports oversight of an assigned program, ensuring that Clarvida’s values of Excellence, Integrity, Sustainability, Innovation, People-Centered, and Fun are demonstrated in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a Human Services discipline from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
- Experience supervising clinicians preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to working with clients
- Knowledge of state and/or contractual requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Relevant leadership experience in behavioral health
- Strong organizational, communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills
- Sensitivity to diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds
