Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a part-time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability.
Requirements
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24)
- Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant
- Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development
- Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
- Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
- CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training
