We’re hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to work with children and adolescents aged 2-24 who face emotional and behavioral challenges. You’ll provide one-on-one services in clients’ homes, schools, or other service locations and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- Provide one-on-one behavioral and treatment interventions according to prescribed treatment plans
- Assist children and adolescents in developing age-appropriate functioning and reducing service dependency
- Support parents and family members through training and guidance on behavioral strategies
- Travel to clients’ homes, schools, or service locations on a daily basis
- Educate families and professionals on maintaining positive behavioral change
