Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a Family Support Specialist to work directly with families raising a child who experiences a severe and persistent mental illness or emotional disturbance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a community-based setting
• Ability to pass all required background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Experience with electronic health record systems (preferred)
• Family Support Specialist Certification (or willingness to obtain—Clarvida may assist with training if hired contingent upon certification)
