Job Description
Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Counselor to join our counseling team in Indiana, PA. This full‐time role offers competitive pay, flexible evenings (2 nights per week until 6 or 7 pm), and a transition to a billable/non‐billable compensation model based on performance and experience.
Requirements
- Deliver individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to your caseload
- Complete required clinical documentation promptly and accurately
- Work evenings twice weekly (until 6 or 7 pm) to accommodate client needs
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors, peers, and support staff to ensure quality of care
