Job Description
The Office Assistant position is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, ensuring their effective functioning. This includes liaising with internal and external business partners, supporting program leadership, and managing program compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience supporting a similarly sized office, and/or at least 1 year of experience in a customer service position (preferred)
- Basic understanding of data entry and formatting in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as a team member
- Organizational skills
