Job Description
The Outpatient Counselor plays a vital role in supporting individuals and families on their journey toward emotional wellness. This position provides individual and family therapy services tailored to each client’s needs while fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships that encourage growth and resilience.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline
- Verified clinical practicum required
- OR active professional licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Ability to work 3–4 days per week, including one evening until 6:00 PM
- Strong clinical, documentation, and interpersonal skills
