Job Description
Program Manager - Residential Program Renew in Oregon with responsibilities including overseeing group home operations, providing training and support to staff, and ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in Developmental Disabilities, Cognitive Health, or related settings
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience working with children in a professional capacity
