Residential Support Professional/Direct Care

We're hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in our residential programs across Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you'll empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record
