Job Description
The Senior Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy services to consumers while supporting the development and effectiveness of the outpatient clinical team.
Requirements
- Masterās degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical discipline from an accredited institution
- Verified completion of a clinical practicum
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health setting, CASSP system, or licensed mental health agency
- Active participation in clinical supervision toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience with behavioral modification techniques
- Proficiency in psychosocial assessments and clinical documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations and make sound clinical decisions
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
