Clarvida is seeking a Youth Behavior Coach to work directly with children and youth with severe emotional disturbance in an intensive home-based model. The coach will mentor children and youth through emotional and behavioral challenges related to family changes, and support skill development in coping, behavior modification, socialization, and goal setting.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED, or Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) eligibility
- Demonstrated skills working with children and/or adults
- Ability to work constructively with clients and service providers
- Ability to accept supervision and follow provider structure
- Valid State Driver’s License and active automobile insurance
