Porto Site Lead

Patreon is a media and community platform where creators can engage with their fans and build a lasting business. The company is looking for a Trust and Safety Porto Site Lead to support its mission. The role is based in Porto, Portugal and operates on a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in Trust & Safety, risk, operations, or a related field
• Experience leading teams or sites in the EU/UK region
• Proven track record of improving operational performance using data and structured problem solving
• Experience working with or managing vendors/BPOs
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal
• Comfort operating in a global, matrixed environment and leading through influence as well as direct management
• Familiarity with EU/UK online safety expectations and how they translate into day-to-day operations
• Passion for creators, communities, and the health of online ecosystems
