Legal Department Administrator

Join a team of dedicated Team Members as a Legal Department Administrator, providing high-level administrative support to the Corporate Legal team. Manage calendars, maintain filing systems, and coordinate information requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of administrative, office management, legal secretary, or executive assistant experience (legal industry experience preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience coordinating information between multiple stakeholders is a plus
• Skilled in building relationships with legal counsel, insurers, and regulatory bodies
• Self-motivated with proven track record showing the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with limited oversight
• A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, self-awareness, humility, confidence, honesty, and respect)
