Job Description
Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for an experienced Director of Social Media to strategize, execute, and scale the brand's entire owned social portfolio.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of social media experience
- Proven ability to lead social strategy and content development for a brand with high aesthetic standards
- Expertise across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- Strong creative instincts with a refined eye for photography, video composition, editing, and visual storytelling
- Experience working directly with founders, talent, or creators on social-first content
- Demonstrated success growing social audiences and driving high engagement in the beauty category
- Skilled at interpreting data and turning insights into actionable creative decisions
- Experience managing and developing teams; comfortable being hands-on
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously with precision and creativity
