Senior Accountant

Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in general accounting, inventory management, cost analysis, and month-end close processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience; CPA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with inventory reconciliations, physical counts, and cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, month-end close processes, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data analysis).
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, retail, or e-commerce industries strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the broader finance team.
