Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a digital context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Familiarity with customer service software and digital platforms is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn.
