Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of hospitality services and the ability to convey this effectively to clients.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
