Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Danish, etc.)
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office tools
