Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or customer success roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools
