Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and familiarity with online shopping trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service.
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while managing customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
