Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead high-complexity contract management, demonstrate financial management expertise, and oversee program resource management. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline, 13+ years of professional experience in program/project management, and demonstrated proficiency in managing high-complexity contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's level degree in a technical or managerial discipline
- 13+ years of professional experience in program/project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU certification in Program Management (Advanced)
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing High Complexity Contracts
- Demonstrated proficiency in Navy Financial Appropriation Uses and Expirations
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing Priced-SLIN contracts
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing Time, Costs, and Schedule of Program resources
- Proficiency with NAVSEAINST 4200.19B
- Proficiency with SECNAV M-5239.2
