Reverse Logistics Program Manager

We are hiring for a Reverse Logistics Program Manager. As Pattern evolves, the demand for a robust returns and recovery program rapidly increases. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our recovery logistics, will own our non-new sales channels, and optimize our reverse logistics supply chain funnel end-to-end.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of applicable experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Mathematics
• Ability to build processes from the ground up
• Accountability and a strong drive to proactively chase opportunities and improvements
• Elite communication skills and the ability to break down and explain complex issues to internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Ability to gather, analyze, and make conclusions from often fragmented data
• High degree of self management and planning
• Comfort working cross-functionally across many departments and disciplines
