Behavior Technician - Derry, NH

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking qualified and dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is highly desirable; candidates willing to pursue certification will be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel to client locations within the service area.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and comply with agency standards.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
