Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-Sign on Bonus & Hybrid Hours

We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our clinic and home-based services in Dearborn, Michigan. We offer competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and hybrid hours. As a BCBA, you will assist the Clinical Director with hiring, training, and supervising behavior technicians, developing strategies for program growth, and providing consultation and support to families and children.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field
• Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Experience conducting assessments
• Master problem-solving skills
