We're looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Conway, NH. As a BCBA, you'll be a key leader in our mission to deliver high-quality, individualized care. You'll collaborate with the Clinical Director and supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Requirements

• BCBA Certification (Required)
• Master’s Degree (Required)
• 3–5 years ABA experience (Required)
• Strong clinical decision-making & leadership skills
• Experience with DTT and behavioral assessments
• Team-focused, ethical, and motivated
