Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, business development, or a related field
- 7-10+ years in a leadership role, with accountability for portfolio strategy, negotiations, strategic growth initiatives, and team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Valid driver's license in good standing and access to a reliable vehicle
