Job Description
Manage daily operations of a shop, including customer service, inventory management, sales performance, and team management. Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process, analyze sales performance, and detect customers' needs and market trends. Recruit, train, and evaluate team members, and manage annual allocated budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Previous experience in the industry/retail is a major plus
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
