Job Description
Paul Davis is seeking an Exterior Division Manager to lead exterior projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, and relationships with homeowners and subcontractors. The role emphasizes strong communication, trust-building, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and adaptable team leader focused on delivering exceptional customer service and quality results.
Requirements
- Manage exterior projects from initial call to completion.
- Meet with Homewowner and adjuster as needed.
- Complete estimat, reaching agreed cost and scope.
- Schedule repairs and manage sub-contractors.
- Final wak through and collection of balance.
