Job Description
Paul Davis, a leading restoration and reconstruction company, is seeking a Part-Time Job Cost Accountant (JCA) to manage job costing within the RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software. The role involves managing the daily operations of the franchise, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring accurate and timely cost reporting. This position emphasizes a customer-focused approach and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software.
- Manage the daily operations of the franchise when the owner is not available.
- Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records.
- Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, and agents.
- Stay updated on new technologies, regulations, and procedures.
