Job Description
Paul Davis Reconstruction is seeking an Internal Tradesman with comprehensive experience in residential remodeling and construction. This role involves working directly with homeowners and contractors to repair damage to residential and commercial properties. The position requires a passionate individual who values safety, efficiency, and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
- Proficient in drywall and drywall repair
- Proficient in installation of LVP and laminate flooring
- Basic carpentry skills (trim, framing, tools)
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools
- Clean background check required
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of framing and basic construction (desired)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Experience with carpet installation and stretching (desired)
- Experience with exterior construction (desired)
