Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Insurable driver’s license
- Minimum of 4 years of carpentry experience
- Previous experience in supervising internal employees and external trades
- Physical requirements: ability to climb, bend, kneel, and lift.
- Competency in safe use of tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong risk management and documentation abilities
