Job Description
The Pauli Group is seeking a Personal Representative to manage employees, recruit new staff, and develop personnel processes. The successful candidate will work in a growing company with a flat hierarchy and attractive remuneration.
Requirements
- Counseling and advice of executives and employees on all personnel-related issues
- Implementation of the entire recruitment process (job postings, applicant management, interviews)
- Creation of employment contracts, certificates and HR documents
- Maintenance and further development of personnel processes
- Support in personnel development and further education
- Collaboration with external partners (e.g. tax consultants, authorities)
- Responsibility for internal and external company communication
