Job Description
We are hiring an Accounting Manager to own financial accuracy, reporting, and month-end close across multiple entities. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role that involves executing month-end close, managing payroll and compliance, maintaining structured financials, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years in accounting or finance
- Strong experience with accrual accounting, GAAP financials, and managing multi-entity, multi-location businesses
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or Desktop/Enterprise), advanced Excel, and payroll experience
- Experience with U.S. sales tax filings and strong written and verbal English
- Experience with NetSuite, ADP / Paylocity, Bill.com, Ramp, and time-tracking tools (e.g., Clockify) is a plus
