We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, and core accounting operations across complex client accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong experience with accrual accounting / GAAP financials.
- Experience managing multi-entity, multi-location, or multi-segment businesses.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (and/or Desktop/Enterprise).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Tables).
- Experience processing payroll using systems such as Gusto (or similar).
- Experience with U.S. sales tax filings.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
