Accounting Manager

We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, and core accounting operations across complex client accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and execution-driven, with strong financial understanding and accrual-based accounting expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong experience with accrual accounting / GAAP financials
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-location, or multi-segment businesses
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (and/or Desktop/Enterprise)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Tables)
• Experience processing payroll using systems such as Gusto (or similar)
• Experience with U.S. sales tax filings
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
