The Assistant Property Manager will support day-to-day property operations, tenant communication, leasing administration, maintenance coordination, and operational reporting across residential and/or commercial portfolios.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations
- Hands-on experience with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
- Familiarity with lease agreements, Fair Housing standards, and landlord-tenant regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
