We are hiring a B2B Graphic Designer who can create high-performing static ad creatives for cold audiences. The ideal candidate understands B2B advertising psychology, can design for performance, and enjoys testing creative variations to improve campaign results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience creating B2B ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
- Ability to translate marketing strategy and messaging into compelling visual designs
- Understanding of B2B audience conversion principles
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT
