Business Operations Coordinator responsible for managing day-to-day operational execution of the business, including CRM, billing, scheduling, and client communication.

Requirements

• Experience in operations coordination, administrative support, billing, or scheduling
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and OneDrive
• CRM experience, preferably with Aspire
• Strong written communication skills and ability to maintain high operational accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in remote environments
