Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and consultative selling
- Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable managing calls and client inquiries on a rotating schedule
- Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of the private aviation industry, including Part 135 operations and charter platforms
