Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative responsible for supporting customers via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing platforms, resolving customer issues, and providing fast and high-quality support experiences.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center support, or client-facing roles
• Experience using customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Help Scout
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
