Requirements
- 2+ years professional graphic design experience with strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing assets
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing for both print and digital formats with platform optimization knowledge
- Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or collaborative design tools (After Effects, Figma, Canva preferred)
- Background in marketing agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce environments (preferred)
- Understanding of marketing KPIs and how design impacts engagement and conversions
