Head of Client Operations for a fast-growing startup, responsible for leading client delivery, campaign performance, retention, and operational execution. This is a high-ownership role that requires experience in client operations, account ownership, and delivery operations, as well as strong background in cold email, lead generation, and outbound operations.

Requirements

• Experience leading client operations, account ownership, and delivery operations inside fast-growing startups or agencies
• Strong background in cold email, lead generation, and outbound operations
• Hands-on expertise with deliverability, inbox placement, domain warm-up, campaign optimization, and cold email copywriting
• Ability to personally troubleshoot campaigns without relying entirely on technical teams
• Strong understanding of APIs, automations, workflows, and operational systems
• Daily practical use of ChatGPT, Claude, and AI workflow tools
